§1 Information on the Collection of Personal Data

(1) In the following passage, we provide information about collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data is all data that personally refers to you, e.g. name, address, and email addresses, user behaviour.

We delete the data resulting in this context, immediately after completing the processing your request, provided that storage is no longer necessary due to statutory retention requirements.

(4) If we rely on contracted providers for individual functions of our offer or if we want to use your data for promotional purposes, we will inform you in detail below about the respective transactions. In doing so, we also name the specified criteria for the storage period.

(5) We do not intend to transfer your personal information to a country outside the European Union or an international organisation. (1) Use of Matomo

a) This website uses the web analysis service Matomo to analyse and periodically improve the use of our website. With these statistics we can improve our offerings and make them more interesting for users. Legal basis for the use of Matomo is Art. 6 para. 1 (1) EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

b) For this analysis, cookies (additional information on cookies can be found in §3) are stored on your computer. The information collected in this way is stored exclusively on our server in Germany. You can suspend the analysis by deleting the existing cookies and preventing the storage of cookies.
